I read a magazine article today about fruits. Some are great to add to a high fiber diet, while others are made mostly of water. The article gave me some great choices for my next trip to the local market. I asked a friend if she would go with me. “I would love to go with you,” she said. On the way, I told her about the info I learned about fruits in the magazine. She was happy I shared my thoughts with her. We both decided to search and buy the fruits that were the best for the body!
