I like the game, i have been playing for about 40 minutes. I like the difficulty, and the enemies. I wish I could hold two things at a time, and I wish the evolutions had a little more relevance ie dash, or teleport, shield. Also, I dont know if this is acquired later in the game, but it would be cool to get points for destroying missiles and stuff. Overall I like the game. It makes me tense though. Have fun!

The store that I run is big but we are expanding. We are adding an entire new building behind the one that we currently have. Once it is finished we will build a walkway to connect the two buildings so that our customers will not need to walk outside. We are hiring a lot of new people, which means new ID cards and job ticket holders for them. It is important for the employees to have their ID with them.

I wouldn’t call myself overweight at all but I would like to lose five to ten pounds before summer begins. For some reason it has been so difficult to lose that little amount of weight. Many people first visit a chiropractic office complaining of a painful stiff neck.  The upper trapezius muscles are almost always tight and play an important part in neck stiffness.  The upper trapezius muscles sit on top of the shoulders both sides of the neck.  The reasons for upper trapezius muscle tightness are many, but one is often overlooked – the underactive opposite (lower trapezius).  This muscle attaches the shoulder blade to the middle spine and depresses the shoulder.  The upper trapezius elevates the shoulder. 

Basically, reciprocal inhibition is the contraction of one muscle and the relaxation of the opposite.  A common example is when the upper trapezius is hyperactive or tight, the lower trapezius muscle (opposite) is flaccid.  Relaxing the upper trapezius is easy – toning the lower trapezius. 

There are many methods to relax a muscle, but if the opposite muscle is underactive, the tight muscle will not yield for any length of time.
