We rarely think about staying hydrated in our daily activities until of course we begin to suffer from dehydration as well as the effects that come along with it. Its effects are often persistent although subtle but it does get worse over time. Some of its common effects are constipation, stiff joints, indigestion and even inability to lose weight.
